INFOSEC invites you to take out an insurance policy for this equipment. To activate this insurance, please refer to the general conditions for the insurance and register your protected equipment.
Do not forget to collect :
- your purchase invoice for the INFOSEC product and the connected equipment.
- Serial No. for the INFOSEC product and connected equipment.

REPLACEMENT OF THE CONNECTED EQUIPMENT :
If you replace the equipment connected to your INFOSEC product, you must inform INFOSEC UPS SYSTEM by registered letter with acknowledgement of reception at :

ADMISSION TO COVERAGE :
In the event of a (damage) claim, you must inform us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at :

within 10 days after the accident, enclose the following to your letter :
- A certified copy of your INFOSEC product purchase order (or till receipt)
- A certificate or document from the weather forecast department, the electricity board or any other official organisation attesting to the transient voltage or lighting impact at the claimant's address and at the date and time of the accident
- A repair or replacement estimate for the damaged equipment
